About Us

Menya Muso is operated by Passion Foods, Inc., bringing to the United States the legacy of a renowned ramen and tsukemen brand originally founded in Tokyo. Building on this strong foundation, Menya Muso opened its first U.S. location in Capitol Hill, Seattle in November 2018, and has since expanded to multiple locations in Seattle area.

Our menu centers on authentic tonkotsu-based ramen and tsukemen, crafted to deliver rich depth of flavor while remaining approachable to the American palate. In addition to our signature noodles, we offer a variety of rice bowls and small plates, creating a well-rounded dining experience.

At Menya Muso, we respect traditional Japanese techniques while thoughtfully adapting to local tastes. Our commitment to quality ingredients, flavored broths, and refined noodle texture has earned strong support from ramen enthusiasts and Japanese food lovers alike. Combined with a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and diverse menu options—including vegan offerings—we strive to be more than just a ramen shop, but a trusted and beloved part of the local food culture.
